A beautiful timeless design: black watch-face with gold-plated stainless steel and black leather strap.
This is a vintage watch purchased during the 70s - 80s in Australia.
It was gifted to me by a family friend in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.
But due to its discontinued line, there is not much that can be found online regarding the Miyoko Quartz watch brand.
There appears be a discontinued trademark for the brand: http://www.trademarkify.com.au/trademark/529494?i=MQ_MIYOKO_QUARTZ-Arjan_Hundraj_Khilnani_Street_HONG_KONG#.USqGjlehyIo
Research on forums also suggests that these watches were Japan/Hong-Kong manufactured but sold in Australia, and related to the Miyoto company (name difference due to trademark reasons in Japan) which have continued to be manufactured or is now a watch-parts company in Asia: https://miyotamovement.com/
