I bought these shoes new at full price to put my orthotics in,so I threw away the inner sole. I had feet surgery and my feet size has changed, plus I cannot use any kind of heel. You can put your own desired inner soles, or purchase new 3/4 ones from Ziera online. Absolutely brand new, never used.
